The availability of our articles is constantly updated. If, in exceptional cases, there are problems with delivery due to stock shortages or duplicate purchases, we will inform you immediately. In most cases, we can also offer a suitable alternative at short notice.

The shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery. You can find a more detailed list here:

Or directly in the shopping cart, provided you select your delivery address there.

We ship our goods with DHL, DPD or GLS, depending on the package size and country of delivery. In addition, the selection is also made according to the collection times, as these sometimes vary from day to day. Before the goods are left until the next working day, we ship them with another provider.

The delivery time also varies depending on the availability of the individual items. Please note the delivery time indicated directly on the item. If you pay by bank transfer, please also note that it may take 1-3 working days for the payment to be credited to our account.

Of course, delivery to a different delivery address is also possible. You can select/change the delivery address both if you ordering as a guest or your ordering via the customer account. Please note that it is not possible to subsequently change the delivery address for PayPal payments.

First of all, we always try to pack the goods in the best possible way and protect them against transport damage. However, if the goods are damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately. Ideally, you should send us appropriate pictures so that we can assess the damage and work with you to find the best possible solution.

If parts of a delivery are missing, please let us know immediately so that we can deliver them to you.

If there are no changes in the shipment tracking for a longer period of time, please let us know immediately so that we can follow up with the shipping service provider.

You can contact us at any time by phone or email to find out the current status of your order and the expected time of dispatch.

As soon as the goods leave our company, you will receive an e-mail from us with the shipment number so that you can track the status and delivery date with the shipping service provider.

Servopumps and accessories can also be delivered to a Packstation. However, most steering racks cannot be sent to a Packstation due to their length.

Please note that we do not have all parts in stock. Accordingly, it is only possible to collect an online store order after you have received a collection confirmation from us by email.

Parts for repair or old parts can also be handed in at our location at any time during our opening hours.

You can use the following payment methods in our online store:

Prepayment / bank transfer, Klarna, PayPal, purchase on account, installment purchase, credit card and direct debit with PayPal.

If you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal website at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest (without an account) or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. PayPal decides which payment methods are available to you based on the information you provide. We have no influence on this.

PayPal is an online payment service that gives you a quick and easy way to pay for your order. You can find more details at www.paypal.de.

As a rule, payment via PayPal is credited directly to our account and the goods can be dispatched promptly.

If you select prepayment / bank transfer as payment method, you will receive an order confirmation with all important details including our bank details by e-mail after the purchase. Accordingly, you transfer the amount shown to our bank account. Your order will be processed after receipt of your payment on our bank account. Please note that it may take 1-3 working days (within the EU) for the payment to be credited to our account.

Please note the following points when making a bank transfer:

  • It is essential that you enter the stated purpose of payment. Otherwise an automatic allocation cannot take place and the shipment will be delayed.
  • Transfer the amount as one sum and do not round up or down.

The goods you have ordered will remain reserved for you until your payment has been credited (but for a maximum of 7 days).

After placing your order, you will be forwarded directly to the Klarna website where you can select the desired payment method.

Depending on your credit rating, you will be offered purchase on account, immediate payment or payment by instalments.

Klarna is an online payment service that gives you a quick and uncomplicated way to pay for your order. You can find more details at https://www.klarna.de. The payment will be credited to our account immediately, so the goods can be dispatched promptly.

On pick-up you can pay for your order either in cash or by Girocard / EC card.
