Replacement parts are generally overhauled old parts. The old part is completely dismantled, cleaned and inspected for wear and breakages. All worn and/or non-functioning parts are replaced with new or refurbished components. In terms of its functionality, the part corresponds to a new part and cannot be distinguished from a new part. As the name exchange part implies, we will replace your defective old part with a remanufactured exchange part.
This means that we need your defective old part back.
In order to guarantee this on an ongoing basis, a deposit is charged. As soon as you send back an old part that corresponds to the replacement part supplied by us, the deposit will be credited to you. It does not matter what type of damage or defect your old part has, because that is why it was exchanged.
The faster we get the defective old parts back, the better our ability to deliver.
Our online shop automatically calculates the deposit value. No special steps are required on your part. For the return shipment and processing, you will receive the return form with the goods, glued into the parcel. The further procedure is explained there once again.
It is not mandatory to return an old part. However, you will not receive the deposit back. In addition, this is of course unfavourable for the future availability of an item.
This is not necessary. If the cardboard packaging has been damaged or used for other purposes, you can also use completely different packaging. In this case, however, you must enclose the goods return note so that we can allocate your consignment.
You can return the goods with any parcel service. Please note that prices can vary greatly depending on the weight and size of the parcel. Alternatively, you can also order a return label or a collection via our online shop when ordering or afterwards.

If something does not fit, please contact us immediately to discuss the ideal procedure. An exchange is no problem if the other part is available.
We are also happy to check in advance whether the part is suitable for your vehicle.
Refunds are usually made using the same payment method you used to pay for the order. If anything is unclear or we need anything else, we will contact you immediately.
As soon as your return has arrived in our incoming goods department, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you have not yet received an e-mail, it is best to check the status with the tracking number of your return.
