As part of the payment process in our online shop, we work together with these partners: technical service provider, credit institution, payment service provider.

In this case, the claim will be collected directly by the collection agency. In addition, the transmission of data serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in an effective assertion or enforcement of our payment claim in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR that are overriding in the process of balancing interests.
